About Us

Meridian Flow Massage & Head Spa

Where you can relax and enjoy life

Our licensed massage therapists are professionally trained in both Traditional Chinese bodywork— meridian therapy, acupressure, reflexology, and Gua Sha—and Western therapeutic massage, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports massage, and lymphatic drainage.

Every Treatment Is Personalized

Every visit begins with a brief intake form to understand your pressure preference, areas of tension, lifestyle, and desired outcome. According to the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the most effective sessions are ones where the client communicates openly with the therapist about pressure and comfort. The NCCIH overview of massage therapy also notes that pressure preference and ongoing dialogue with the therapist are central to a comfortable and effective session.

That mental-wellbeing dimension is increasingly recognized in clinical literature: Mayo Clinic, in Mayo Clinic on the role of massage therapy for mental health, describes how hands-on bodywork can support relaxation, ease anxious feelings, and help people reset emotionally.

What Do You Expect

Before your first visit, the NCCIH 6 things to know about massage therapy guide is a useful primer

1. When You Arrive

Fill out a short client intake form and let us know the areas you’d like us to focus on. This ensures every treatment is tailored to your unique needs.

3. During Your Session

The session begins when your therapist starts working. Each massage is customized to your preferences, whether gentle relaxation or deeper work. You can communicate as much—or as little—as you’d like.

2. Getting Comfortable

Your therapist will step out to give you privacy. Disrobe to your comfort level and relax under the sheet and blanket. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

4. After Your Appointment

Your therapist will return with a refreshing glass of water to help you stay hydrated. If you enjoyed your session, gratuities are always appreciated.
